Address
Castle Gardens Arcen (Kasteeltuinen Arcen)
Lingsforterweg 26
5944 BE Arcen
Netherlands
Accessible parking
A dedicated parking area is available for visitors with a physical or mental disability, to make entry smoother and more comfortable. You must present an officially recognised disabled parking permit — such as the European Disabled Parking Card issued by the Dutch or German government.
Arriving by horse
Horses get a designated care and parking area. A handler must hold the reins when entering at the Kingdom parking entrance, and owners clean up after their horses.
A horse parking ticket costs €1 and includes hay, fresh water and the occasional apple. Only five riders per day can park a horse.
At the gate
Unlimited re-entry
For the 2026 edition you may leave and return to the grounds as many times as you like throughout the day — just exit via the official exit points. Explore, take a break, meet friends, and come back.
Bag checks
Security may check bags at entry, always politely and respectfully. Glass bottles, glass containers and hard or breakable packaging are prohibited anywhere on the grounds.
Capacity
Arcen has a capped daily capacity. Arriving early on Saturday gives the calmest entry and the best light for photographs.
Children
Elfians aged 0 to 2 enter free. Little Elf tickets cover ages 3–11. Costumes are encouraged at every age.
Castle Gardens Arcen is smoke-free. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the designated areas marked on the grounds map.
